Refund policy

Cancellation of Reservations:

For Example: 

 

24 Hours Prior to Pick-up Time  -  If Pick-up Time is 5PM, you shall have no cancellation fee provided the booking is cancelled before 5PM on the previous day

Less than 24 Hours before Pick-up Time    - If Pick-up Time is 5PM, you shall have 40% cancellation fee in case the booking is cancelled after 5PM on the previous day

Within 12 Hours before Pick-up Time   -  If Pick-up Time is 5PM, you shall have 60% cancellation fee in case the booking is cancelled anytime between 9AM and 5PM on the same day

After Pick-up Time -  If Pick-up Time is 5PM, you shall have 100% cancellation fee in case the booking is cancelled after 5PM on the same day

 

Amendments

 

Reservations can be amended online free of charge before the start of the rental. Where these changes affect the rental price such as duration, car rental location or car type the difference will be calculated from the current published price of the new rental. We cannot refund any unused days or part days if the vehicle is returned early on any rental.

 

No Show Policy

 

In event of a no show by a customer, we will retain the full transaction amount and will not be liable for invoicing from the supplier. We will require signed customer contract along with invoices to confirm the transactions were actually utilized.

 

Overbooking Policy

 

The supplier is solely responsible for keeping track of it’s fleet utilization. The supplier needs to provide us a minimum 24 hour advance notice using a Stop Sale notification email, informing us to stop issuing online bookings in order to avoid overbooking for any car model, category or date time frame.
