The G63 is one of the most admired cars in Dubai (AND on EjarCar as well)! It’s been the perfect contender to the Range Rover, is known for its exceptional performance and is one of the coolest status symbols in Dubai.  What makes this car so special? Read through to find out.

With the capabilities of “off-roading” in its DNA, the G-class was initially designed for military purposes and while the car has undergone several updates, it has remained consistent in design and has evolved in its performance.

The G63 Experience

From the first drive itself, you’ll see that this a machine that is clearly refined in both performance and aesthetics.

One of the biggest improvements in this G-Class is the steering. There’s a new rigid rear axle that is placed by four trailing arms with the use of a Panhard rod to prevent any unwanted lateral movement.

The other elemental change to the G-Class is found in its interiors. The structure and architecture has got its classic old-school look with its squared-off panels, but that’s juxtaposed against two 12.3in displays mounted side by side.

This G-Class “Wagen” has also bits and pieces from the E-Class, but it adds to its image as a more luxurious off-roader, not to mention comfortable and spacious enough.

At the core of this off-roading beast is the Mercedes-AMG’s M178 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8. It develops 577bhp at 6000rpm and a mind-boggling 627lb ft at 2500-3500rpm. It goes from nought to 62mph in 4.2 seconds and has a top speed of 137mph.
